Mastro Dario Salami Calabra Dolce 700g

It comes from Calabria. The typical U shape recalls the tradition that during the flavouring process includes a strong sweet paprika in properly mixed quantity.
The mixture is made up of Pork meats grinded in medium-large grain. The slice is burned red-orange and the smell recalls paprika and precious woods aromas. The strong and spicy taste becomes rustic and sylvan, soft and crispy with a hint of sweetness.
