Mastro Dario Salami Cacciatore 300g

In the Italian tradition, the Cacciatore is a small salame, prepared in the old country style, fresh pork ground and stuffed in an imported, Collagen casing. Mastro Dario took this product to the next level, mixing Ostrich to our pork, adding a particular African flavour.

Cut it into thick slices – then serve with some toasted Ciabatta bread.
