Mastro Dario – 200g Pancetta Flat Piece – UNIT


Pancetta is made in the classic (tessa) rustic, flat style from the belly cut. It is hand – trimmed and hand – rubbed with salt and spices.

Pancetta can be easily diced for rendering, added directly to dishes for flavour and richness, or sliced thin for serving on its own.
