Dalewood Lanquedoc 250g
This is a semi soft washed rind cheese. It is available in rounds of approx. 250 – 300g. Delicate complexity, with milk/meaty notes which present the savoury “bacon & egg” like character. The pâte is creamy and smooth with a supple melting texture but pliant consistency.
Description
Dalewood Fromage is an integral part of Dalewood Farm. It is an artisanal farmstead operation producing cheese from the ground up with the goal to handcraft. The source is Dalewood’s own Jersey milk which makes it a genuine ESTATE cheese.
