Today the primary product philosophy is to source products based on sustainability, ethical company structures and long-term relationship building. Priority takes place to support South African produced products, however where the quality does not exist locally in South Africa we will import and represent on a national level.
To this day, our primary business is supplying the best quality Live Oysters and Mussels around. In addition to this, we specialise in sustainably farmed seafood, namely Salmon Trout, Seabass, Marron and Sturgeon Caviar; as well as a unique free-range and barn-raised poultry range of Chicken, Duck, Quail, Guineafowl, Pigeon, Rabbit and a range of exotic eggs. Spanish, Italian and German Style cured meats from South Africa comprise our charcuterie range.
Our dry goods range is primarily dominated by Valrhona couverture chocolate of which we import from France along with EuroVanille and a few other premium pastry ingredients, as well as Greci Pronto Fresco from Italy. We focus on one South African award winning olive oil brand, namely Rio Largo along with the olives from their farms. Other lines include farm butter, salts, organic Spelt flour, truffle oils, vinegar and exotic fresh, frozen and dried mushrooms.

Sarah Baker (daughter to Sue Baker) runs the artisan and bulk cheese division, with a philosophy of sourcing, maturing and placing the best quality cheeses from South Africa and France on local tables.
